Phil Valdez is a Pastor’s son who grew up in the local church. Phil believes God uses the local church to reach people and help them discover their God given destiny. Phil says “He is, who he is now, thanks to what God has done through the local church.”

Phil has been in the ministry for over thirty years. He was a youth pastor for over nineteen years. For eleven years, Phil led the youth ministry at Oneighty in El Paso, Texas. The youth ministry grew from one hundred and fifty students to over eight hundred in weekly attendance. Phil is a graduate of Christ For the Nations Institute and holds a degree in Practical Theology.

Phil is a dynamic communicator of the gospel of Jesus Christ. He is passionate about seeing people receive the gift of salvation and teaching people how to live to their fullest God-given potential.

Phil also itineraries across America speaking in conferences, events, and church services. Phil is the author of The Power Of Thank You Book The Key To Finding Joy Again and the Into The Deep book. Phil is married to Valerie and they have a son named Gavin. Over thirteen years ago Phil and his family moved from El Paso, Texas to the Temecula/Murrieta Valley to start Passion Life Church.
